Dealing with Discouragement

Why am I discouraged? Why is my heart so sad? I will put my hope in God! I will praise him again - my Savior and my God!

Air1 comes through again...I wouldn't say my heart is sad but there are definitely some discouraging things going on at work. Why do I think I have to bear that burden alone? I don't! I will put my hope in God. :-)

Blessed Reassurance

Thank you, Lord, for your many gifts, including the gift of reassurance. I often second guess myself and just when I was wondering what I was doing and why (in relationship to the big decision on 11/8/12), this was today's Verse of the Day:

Trust me when I tell you that, indeed, this is blessed reassurance that the other quote was a sign and the decision was right.

4/20/09 Change

Though not an exact quote, this is how Abby remembered it and it is exactly how I feel about Camp Rocky Point (a summer camp I went to for 8 summers as a camper and 3 summers as a counselor) and my grandparents' house in Albuquerque (now my parents' house).
